The Ship Vibration and Acoustics Laboratory is directed by Dr. M. Erden Yildizdag and operates in the Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. Our main interest is to develop novel numerical models to simulate complex fluid-structure interaction problems involving marine structures. Dr. M. Erden Yildizdag received his Ph.D. in 2018 in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. He is currently an assistant professor in the department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at Istanbul Technical University.
